Video Conferencing Single Site $250 first hour/$150 each add’l
hour billed in 15 min. increments
(Including Document Camera & Optional VHS Recording)

Meeting/Conference Room Rental $250 1/2 day
(does not include Video Conferencing)
$400 full day
24 hours cancellation notice required
Food and Beverages available upon request
All Rates quoted during business hours: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
After Hours and Weekend Rates available
$250 Deposit
On-site technical assistance $30/hr. additional
