Daniel Hurley, an"AV" Rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, concentrates his practice on defense litigation involving automobile, premises and product liability claims. He also specializes in insurance coverage issues, particularly those involving uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. Mr. Hurley has significant appellate court experience having argued in seven of Ohio's twelve appellate district courts with published opinions in the matters of Gayheart v. Doe (2001), 143 Ohio App.3d 692, Carmen v. Link (1997), 119 Ohio App.3d 244, and Brown v. Allstate (1991), 81 Ohio App3d. 87.
