Eileen attended De La Salle University receiving her B.A. in 1985 and continued her education at Ateneo de Manila University, obtaining her Juris Doctorate in 1989. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1995. In 1998, Ms. Bower attended Capital University and obtained a Masters of Law in Taxation. Ms. Bower concentrates her practice in the areas of tax and estate planning.
