Rob Buchbinder specializes in truck and transportation litigation, representing such clients as Con-Way Transportation, Emery Worldwide, Stevens Transport and Putnam Transportation. Litigating cases in State, Federal and Appeals courts throughout Ohio, he has expertise in evolving truck technology, regulatory matters, and issues effecting the trucking industry. He is a member of the Transportation Group of ALFA, DRI, TIDA and OACTA. Rob has also defended construction and product claims, including cranes, climbing equipment and other commercial products.
