Rob Buchbinder specializes in truck and transportation litigation, representing clients including Con-Way Transport., Emery Worldwide, Stevens Transport & Putnam Transport. Litigating cases in State, Federal and Appeals courts throughout Ohio, he has expertise in evolving truck technology, regulatory matters, and issues effecting the trucking industry. He is a member of the Transportation Group of ALFA, DRI, TIDA and OACTA. Rob also handles workers comp. claims and other general litigation.
