Eric Zartman was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University (B.S., 2006) and the University of Toledo College of Law (J.D., 2009), and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2009. Eric joined Crabbe, Brown & James, LLP as a law clerk in 2010 and became an associate attorney in 2011. Eric is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
Eric is a member of the firm’s Zoning & Land Use practice group. He primarily practices in real estate land use and development law, specializing in annexation and code violations.
