Biography

Frank Tice was hired as an associate at Crabbe, Brown & James in 2016. Prior to joining Crabbe Brown, Mr. Tice was a summer associate at Taft, Stettinius & Hollister. Upon completing his time at Taft, Mr. Tice joined Crabbe Brown as a law clerk throughout the rest of his time in law school. During law school, Mr. Tice took on a leading role on the Ohio State Business Law Journal, where he served as the Executive Editor. Mr. Tice currently focuses his practice on civil litigation, advising both public entities and businesses. Mr. Tice also advises businesses on issues related to formation, corporate governance, and best practices. Mr. Tice is licensed to practice law in all federal and state courts in Ohio.
