Phillip Templeton has been with Crabbe, Brown & James since 1999, focusing his practice primarily on criminal defense and domestic relations law. He has extensive experience defending those charged with all types of criminal and traffic offenses, including: OVIs/DUIs, major and minor traffic offenses, misdemeanor and felony criminal charges, TPO/CPO violations, and domestic violence charges. In addition to Franklin County, Mr. Templeton routinely appears in Licking, Delaware, Fairfield, Pickaway, and Madison counties.
Prior to joining Crabbe, Brown & James, Mr. Templeton was an attorney with the Franklin County Public Defender office. During his seven years there, he handled misdemeanor cases, including OVI/ DUI cases. He then spent a number of years representing individuals charged with serious felony offenses. Through this experience, Mr. Templeton is qualified to handle death penalty cases.
